Farming a better fish
Culebra Island, Puerto Rico: Until harvest, thousands of cobia fish are housed in offshore pens. As a source of animal protein that can meet the needs of a future human population of 9 billion with the least demand on Earth’s resources, aquaculture looks like a good bet.
