Six Simple Steps To Issue Your Boarding Pass

* Step One :

   Language Selection

This screen enables the passenger to select the language he / she wishes to use in accessing the system

 ) Arabic / English(

* Step Two :

   Enter your Reservation Number

A touch  screen keyboard will be displayed. The passenger shall enter his / her numeric or alpha-numeric Passenger Number. 

* Step Three :

   Reservation Details

Reservation details will be displayed. A dialogue box will show asking whether the passenger wishes to have his / her boarding pass issued for that flight.

 * Step Four :

   Selecting Traveling Persons

If the reservation is for more than one passenger, the system will show all names under that Reservation Number. The passenger will be asked to identify those who will fly onboard that particular flight.

* Step Five :

   Identifying Nationalities

If the passenger's nationality is not indicated in the Reservation Number, the system will display all nationalities arranged continent - wise. The passenger must enter his / her nationality.

* Step Six :

   Seat Selection

The system will display the seats of the class on which the passenger has booked his / her ticket.

The passenger will

select his / her preferred seat and a boarding pass will be printed out accordingly.

N.B. - If the passenger has a connecting / return flight within twenty four ( 24 ) hours of the departure of the origination flight, the system will display a dialogue box asking the passenger whether or not he / she wishes to have his / her boarding pass for the connecting / return flight be issued.
